Noam was previously working with another Airbnb management service here in Tel Aviv. Still, he felt like there was no transparency about prices revenues and reservations. All Noam was receiving was the end of the month report with the average per night price and total he would make out of that property. After several requests of more detailed reports, he decided to leave the previous contract and look for a more transparent collaboration.
We offer the owners a real-time view on all the reservation prices and booked/vacant night. You will have access to your Dashboard where you can see the cumulated amount of every reservation, how many nights are booked, and occupancy rate.
The stay was great, flat is near to all what you want or need to see in the City, but at the same time "far away" of touristic noises. Deborah and Fiona [The Zandi Customer Support Representatives] are great hosts, never leave you without support. Apartment is equipped in all you can need during the holiday stay, designed with the taste. Very nice balcony for afternoon chill with a cold drink. Highly recomended! Thanks, Kasia
Terrific apartment with amazing veranda in a great location minutes from old Jaffa, flea market, and Jaffa port. Very clean and very comfortable. Everything functioned perfectly and it was a perfect match with the photos and description in listing. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
