This is a mini studio with a perfect location, but yet no good income. Moshe had a rare diamond, but after several attempts increasing or decreasing the price was not able to find the perfect pricepoint for his property. Consequently staying empty and often renting it out for a much lower price than the market.

A clean and beautiful little studio apartment, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Potolentsa. Shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, stove, all new dishes are not upset. Iron .... go to the sea for 3-5 minutes no more)) a lot of cafes and beauty salons on this street.
The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and perfectly located in a vibrant area close to the beach, to cafés and restaurants. Diletta [The Zandi Manager] and Vivi [The Zandi Customer Support Representative] were very helpful with everything and flexible as far as check-in and -out is concerned. Perfect starting point to discover the city!
