Giovanni owns with his family a fantastic apartment in Nathania that collects memories of his children and all priceless family vacations. But the property was empty most of the year. The idea of renting it out long term and having to book a hotel every time they would come to Israel was not even an option. And the apartment is located in such a high-end building that the fear of renting it to the wrong person left the apartment vacant for over 20 years.
After visiting the property, listening to all the fears and dreams of the owner, we decided to go for a higher base price for the property. Moreover, we make a selection of every guest to be sure we host only families and very sophisticated guests. We blocked in advance all the dates where Giovanni usually comes with his family and brought this property finally on the market, leaving the owner all the flexibility and securities he needed to The Zandis' Elite Property Management.
A great stay in this luxury flat in Netanya. Diletta was very reactive at all time of the day and night. She is tremendously helpful and reply to all my needed ( for example new iron and iron board one hour after my request) The flat is very well situated and not noise at all with small shops and restaurants at the foot of the building. And a extraordinary view on the sea. Diletta, the best real estate agent!
The apartment was the basis of a wonderful family vacation! The apartment is beautiful and roomy, and the porch provides the best view of the ocean as well as an incredible place to watch the sunset. The location is perfect, across the entrance to the beach (via stairs), next to many delicious cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket, and a quick walk to kikar haatzmaut. It is also a very close walk to several synagogues in the area. I would recommend this rental very highly, and hope to return with my family!
The apartment is beautiful and clean with stunning views! The building is nice and right on the water. It’s about a 15 min walk to the part of the beach where you can swim. Restaurants nearby, apartments had toys and books to keep kids busy. Thank you Ilana for hosting our family!
