Daniel wanted to invest all her saved money in a Real Estate Property. Still, with the crazy prices of Tel Aviv, she could afford only a 20 square meter basement that would not be enough to live for her and her daughter. Moreover, renting it with the conventional long term leases would bring her not even enough to ask for the mortgage and would block her from the chance of renting a secondary place for her to live in.
By analyzing the property and redesigning it with a very low budget, The Zandis managed to increase the property and the appealing of it to tourists with an efficient Property Management. Tourists are often more attracted by an "instagrammable" and well-located room rather than how spacious it is. Three months in, Daniel was already covering the price of the mortgage. Moreover, she is also obtaining an extra income that helped her pay the rent of the bigger apartment she decided to pick for herself.

had a great time at this amazing studio. It has everything you need. The communication was easy and quick, the owner was helpful and answered messages immediately. The place looks exactly like on the pictures. The perfect location in the heart of Tel-Aviv allows you to enjoy sightseeing and nightlife as well. Very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Totally recommend it.
The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the city. - very close to a lot of beautiful restaurants with a massive variety of food. - Rabin square, shopping centre, beach and supermarket all within 10min walk. - convenient location for busses round to the old city too. - over email and booking.com the landlord is very friendly. Left a nice welcome present/souvineer on the bed.
