Eithan decided to invest in a property years ago and already was sure short term rental would be the best way to generate revenue out of it. He did not know, however, that maintenance becomes a high demand when renting a few nights compared to a long term contract. Moreover, doing all this from abroad was not in his priorities since he already has a full-time job. Living abroad did not allow him to run to the property at every demand of the guests.
Eithan never heard from a guest again! Tha Zandis Professional Property Management does not only take care of all the online communications but also all the "on-field" requests. Guests come to have a great time, and it's essential to make their stay as smooth as possible. For this reason, we check every apartment at every checkout and make sure that the next reservation will have a perfect arrival and also stay on call for any possible last-minute emergency.
If you are looking for a clean, nice apartment close to the beach, look no further! The apartment has everything you need and the location is wonderfull. Diletta [The Zandi Manager] is a wonderfull host with quick responses. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.
I liked that the coffee machine and capsules for it, as well as sugar and tea were in sufficient quantities. The balcony is located so that the sun appears only in the morning and then not for long and air conditioning is almost not required. 5 minutes walk to the sea (Burgashov beach), right next to the house there is a bus stop. Dizengoff center within walking distance. Perfect place!
Everything was great, the place was super clean and we had everything we could possibly need. Communication was great and would come back again for sure!!!
